About the role:
You will be a professionally presented sales individual with strong relationship building skills, effective customer relationship management and communication. This position has high and achievable earning potential and requires a Victorian Agents Rep. You will be a results-driven and passionate sales professional with an eagerness to learn.
Your daily duties will include:
- Provide exceptional sales service to all incoming buyer enquiries
- Develop an intimate understanding of each project and present features and benefits to potential buyers
- Actively seek to convert enquiry to sale negotiate with Buyer and Vendors
- Vendor and buyer meetings
- Maintain CRM (Salesforce database)
- Review and optimise online listings to ensure availability, information, and pricing is accurate
- Represent your office at local community functions and networking events
- Campaign management and reporting
- Prepare projects for Sale through by managing listings via various advertising portals and project websites.
To be successful for the role you will have the following attributes:
- Knowledge of the Stonnington area advantageous
- Ability to quickly build rapport
- Negotiating and organisational skills
- Uphold a polished presentation
- Hold a Victorian Agents Representative certificate
- Exercise discretion and confidentiality
