How it works?

Property Owners agree to make voluntary tax deductible donation when selling their property. The donation is 0.1% of the properties sale price. A donation of 0.1% on a $750,000 property = $750

Renters can participate by donating 0.1% of their monthly rent to Homes for Homes. 0.1% of $2,000 monthly rent = $2.

How can I help?

Register Property: Once registered, the property remains registered indefinitely, encouraging all future owners to make a donation when it comes to sale time. This is voluntary, owners can withdraw at any time.

Donate Funds: If you choose to donate, money raised in a state stays in that state or territory, which then goes to creating housing for those who need it most.
