About the Role:
our client is looking for an experienced Administration Leader to oversee and support our admin function across the property sales process. You’ll manage a small offshore team, ensure smooth contract management, maintain accurate data, and support the sales team to drive deals to completion. This role is perfect for someone with strong leadership skills, a proactive mindset, and a focus on process improvement.
- Lead and train an offshore administration team to ensure efficient support across the property sales process.
- Request and issue contracts via DocuSign, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Manage data entry and maintain accuracy in CRM (Salesforce) and Dropbox platforms.
- Monitor contract progress on DocuSign and follow up to ensure timely signing.
- Handle day-to-day queries in the Administration and Contracts shared inbox, delegating tasks as necessary.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including vendors and mortgage brokers.
- Support the sales team and leadership with administrative tasks, reporting, and office coordination.
- 5+ years’ experience in similar administration or leadership roles.
- Proven experience in managing or working with offshore teams.
- Strong people management skills (desirable).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Dropbox, and Xero (or similar platforms).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid understanding of the property industry and its operations.
- Ability to prioritize and manage a high-volume workload effectively.
- Strong relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and achieve positive outcomes.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimisation
