About the role:
The receptionist will be responsible for answering phone calls, greeting clients warmly upon arrival, and managing incoming mail. This role requires excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while efficiently handling basic administrative tasks. The receptionist plays a vital role in maintaining smooth daily operations and fostering positive client relationships. This role is a temp role requiring the hours -
8:30am - 5:00pm
7th to 9th of October (Monday - Wednesday)
14th to 16th of October (Monday - Wednesday)
Your responsibilities will include:
- Meeting and greeting all guests of the office with a friendly and uplifting demeanour
- Accepting deliveries from couriers
- Answering phone calls
- Ad-hoc administrative duties as required
Requirements:
- Have a warm and personal approach
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
- Previous reception experience
