About the role:
Our client require a highly computer literate and customer focussed Administrator and Personal Assistant to join their team. In this busy and diverse role you will work alongside a management team of 5 assisting with daily administration duties and provide a high level of customer service to students, parents and staff.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Provide assistance to 2 Heads of Departments
- Provide exceptional customer service both face to face and over the phone
- Build and maintain relationships with staff, parents and students
- Diary, calendar and timetable management for individuals and the school
- Event preparation and coordination
- Produce documents and reports
- Prepare, distribute and record correspondence as needed
- Record and administer school attendance
- Adhoc administration support
- Must hold a current Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Tech savvy a must
- Must learn to use internal CRM, Compass
- Professional, caring, and compassionate yet self-motivated and driven
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, OneDrive
- Ability to prioritise tasks and multitask effectively
- Ability to work Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 4:30pm and Friday until 3:00pm
- Experience in a similar role within education highly regarded
