About the Role
As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing strategies to drive brand visibility, client engagement, and business growth. Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s marketing direction and positioning in the competitive industrial construction market.
Key Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy & Execution- Develop and implement tailored marketing strategies to meet business goals.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives, including social media management, content creation, and website updates.
- Utilise CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) to enhance client engagement and streamline marketing efforts.
- Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends, opportunities, and client needs.
- Ensure a strong, consistent brand presence across all platforms.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, serving as the marketing liaison for key projects.
- Enhance the client journey by identifying and refining key touchpoints.
- Create compelling tender presentations, pitch decks, and other marketing collateral.
- Plan and coordinate events, project showcases, and networking opportunities.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing data-driven insights to optimise strategies..
Key Skills & Attributes:
- Mature and professional with excellent interpersonal and client-facing abilities.
- Expertise in digital marketing strategies, CRM tools, and performance analytics.
- Creative and detail-oriented with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally within the construction or industrial sectors.
- Expertise in digital marketing strategies, CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot), and performance analytics.
