About the Company:

Position Overview:
In this role, you will be critical in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company’s goals and values. Reporting directly to the COO, you will support our workforce and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support the company’s objectives.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Leadership Coaching & Development: Provide coaching to Senior Leaders on HR topics, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and leadership development.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, guiding HR policies and procedures, addressing employee relations issues, and facilitating conflict resolution.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- HR Policies & Administration: Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation, update the Employee Handbook, and manage all HR policies.
About You:

- Proven experience in HR strategy development and implementation.
- Strong recruitment and onboarding skills.
- Solid capability in coaching and developing leaders.
- Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Knowledge of training and development needs assessment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in HR administration.
