About the role
Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, the Financial Controller is an integral part of the executive leadership team. The role w ill partner closely with key internal key stakeholders to provide timely and accurate information to support commercial decision-making, whilst leading and managing the finance function.
The successful candidate will also develop the corporate services and strategic functions to support the rapid expansion of the group.
- Manage Funds for the Group
- Develop and monitor Performance Measures for the Group, and comparison to Industry Benchmarks
- Design and implement strategic business initiatives
- Lead the team's Finacial function and manage direct reports reporting up to the CFO
- Manage for risk mitigation and asset protection strategies across the Group
- Manage the Group’s relationships with its external advisors and consultants including accounting, finance, legal, IT and human resources
To be considered the applicant possess:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
- CA or CPA Qualified
- Experience in a Senior Finance role
- Comprehensive knowledge of financial regulations and accounting & reporting standards
- Knowledge of Construction Software, preferable
- Experience in the Building & Construction industry is desirable
