About the roleReporting to three Executives, utilise your exceptional organisational and corporate secretary skills to elevate and assist the team. You will be dealing with high-net wealth clients daily and assisting them with information on their personal and business accounts with BAS and Tax returns. Duties:
- Managing client database through Xero
- Organising internal company events
- Issuing quarterly PAYG instalments through Smartdocs
- General Tax and Bas lodgement reports for the office
- Undertake ad hoc administrative tasks as required to assist the team
- Assist in coordinating and reviewing marketing content, including proofreading, editing, and ensuring brand consistency
- Liaising with ASIC, ATO and ABR support were required
- Diary management and email management for Directors
Skills & experience
- Extensive knowledge of ASIC and ATO
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and confidence in communicating with internal and external stakeholders
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to multi-task and willingness to assist across all aspects of office administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Teams and web-based communication platforms, mail chimp, Xero would be desirable
