BROOK  is a located in the heart of South Yarra at the COMO and we are on the lookout for an energetic and experienced Business Developer (Part-Time 2-3 days) to join our team. Your Role at BROOK
Your role will be to focus on bringing in new business and managing existing client relationships at BROOK your day-to-day duties will include:
-Managing and tracking all Leads, Client Interactions via our CRM Bullhorn 
-Booking and attending client meetings with the team, managing and nurturing the client and to be across current all of there future needs
-Managing leads via LINKED IN and SEEK and following them up on a cycle 
-Attending events and nurturing new business opportunities from these events
-Liaising with our clients on Terms and Agreements and ensuring these are completed and communicated to the team 
-Working with our team to understand how to support them in building there job pipeline, and briefing in any details on roles received from a client 


Your ideal background
-Solid experience in a Sales or BDM role ideally in a service based industry 
-Love overcoming objections and building genuine warm business connections 
Strong Administration skills in following up and managing clients in a CRM 
-You will embody our values of working with a Team, Be agile in your thinking, always work with a high level of integrity and Empower yourself and those around you Dare to Grow!
