About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organised and capable  Team Assistant  to provide day-to-day office support, manage administrative tasks, and act as the friendly, professional face of the business. This role is  not an Executive Assistant position , but instead supports a small team of 5–6 stakeholders with travel coordination, meeting schedules, expenses, reception duties, and more. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative support to the management team

  • Coordinate travel bookings, manage diaries, and prepare expense claims

  • Answer and direct phone calls, greet and assist office visitors

  • Maintain office presentation and supplies, and assist with meeting room setup

  • Schedule meetings, handle calendar changes, and manage internal communications

  • Act as a reliable, approachable point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

  • Assist with various ad hoc administrative tasks as needed

What You’ll Bring
  • 2+ years’ experience in a team assistant, reception, or office support role

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle priorities

  • Experience supporting busy, senior-level professionals

  • Professional, confident communication skills—written and verbal

  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage competing demands effectively

  • Tech-savvy and confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)

  • A proactive mindset, team-first attitude, and polished, professional presence
