One of Melbourne's most highly regarded  Financial Services  firm are seeking an  Accounts Receivable Administrator  to join their team. Based in the  CBD , this award-winning business of over 50 years provides a range of financial offerings to their varied client base.

About the role 

Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Coordinator, utilise your exceptional  customer services skills  as the first point of contact in supporting the payment plans of valued clients.

The ideal candidate will be  relationship driven , utilising their communication skills to  manage debtor payment plans, provide client support  and  coordinate collection calls . Assist with client payment administration and follow up with clients and internal financial team.  

This  hybrid working position is 3 days  a week in the newly renovated offices in  Melbourne's CBD.   An ideal role for candidates who are looking to start their career within the Finance sector! 

 

A day in the life of an Accounts Receivable Administrator: 

  • Initiating debtor management collection calls and follow up  

  • Providing support and resolutions to accounts receivable client queries  

  • Payment processing for accounts receivable clients  

  • Communication and reporting with internal Finance teams  

 

Skills Required: 

  • Demonstrated Customer Service and Administrative experience 

  • Prior Accounts Receivable experience desirable, not essential 

  • Exceptional relationship management skills  

  • Ability to work autonomously and take initiative  

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively 

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
