Her stellar reputation for building strong relationships, astute assessments and tireless work ethic have fuelled BROOK’s steady growth, shaping the premium recruitment agency it is today.

Over the last 15 years, working for Julia Ross Recruitment initially before moving onto Ranstad, Vanessa worked with some of the Australia’s biggest brands. After developing a significant network of both clients and candidates Vanessa decided to launch her own agency.

Her reputation for being selective, meticulous and hardworking saw BROOK Recruitment grow expeditiously over the last decade into a premium brand that advises C-Suite executives of top-tier firms on their recruitment strategies.
