At BROOK we work hard to screen our candidates to make sure they are going to be the right fit for your business. We often come across what we consider to be Top Candidates who are ready for their next big role.

On this occasion Grace is an exceptional TEMP who we look forward to placing.

If you need someone in Marketing and Digital Growth with enormous experience, professionalism and the ability to hit the ground running – we have the perfect candidate for you. Let’s get to know her.

Tell us your work history

My recent role was Marketing and Communications Manager for ANZ with experience across SEA, for APAC’s leading supply chain transformation consultancy. I come with over 6+ years of experience in the marketing industry across B2B & B2C, coming from a strong foundation in public relations. I want to take my experience and practical skills to provide digital growth strategies for businesses using an integrated marketing approach.

What are you looking for in a company?

It would have to be diversity. The best ideas and openness to change has come when a diverse group of people come to the table. A business that is willing to think differently and invite all walks of life into their business makes for an exciting and inclusive workplace.

"A holistic ‘phygital’ (where physical and digital meet) approach is where my skills come to the table"

What are you most excited about for 2022?

I am excited about businesses accepting change and the need for digital strategies to adapt and push their brand awareness. The rapid need for digital adoption has left businesses either thriving or in turmoil with covid leaving many businesses’ competitive advantage under threat. The fight for customer retention and ongoing visibility for continually solving their needs is the sweet spot. A holistic ‘phygital’ (where physical and digital meet) approach is where my skills come to the table. 2022 feels like the year for innovative businesses to take the next leap!

If you could invite anyone for dinner, who would it be?

I think it would have to be Frida Kahlo, that woman is seriously so interesting with a life so unimaginable (highly recommend reading a snapshot of her life). I think I would need to invite her to ask how her wild political views came to be always black and white’.

Please contact Mollie today if Grace sounds like your next perfect temp!

We’d also love to hear from you if you are either looking to fill a role, or if you’re personally looking for a new job on
